BIO:
Rob Festinger received an Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay for “In The Bedroom” along with director Todd Field, as well as Best Screenplay from National Board of Review. Rob co-wrote the film “Trust” directed by David Schwimmer, which will be released early 2011. He is currently writing the comedy “A Hampstead Love Story” for Ecosse Films; developing the adaptation of Rachel Sherman’s “Living Room” with “GLEE” producer Mike Novick; and developing a TV series about the United Nations with producer Christina Wayne. Rob has also written “October Squall” for Fox Searchlight and Halle Berry; “TO THE MOON” for Mirage Enterprises; “Kings County” for Warner Bros., “THE BROKEN PLACES” for Deep River Productions, and “BodySnatchers” for the BBC. Rob lives in Los Angeles with his wife, film editor Lucia Zucchetti and their daughter Olivia. He is also a member of the WR.
